Tracy Motley - REALTOR®
Tracy Motley is an Arizona Transplant and has lived in Arizona since 2004. After serving in the United States Navy and retiring Honorably he decided to settle in Arizona with his wife and kids.
Tracy is a licensed Realtor® holding an active Arizona Real Estate license and when not involved with family or other activities splits his time between assisting clients to sell their existing home and/or find their next one.
He brings a dynamic and diverse background with him. Having worn many hats in his career, he attributes much of his successes to an upbringing shaped by the values of his parents and the Navy. His parents taught him to never let someone tell him what his limitations would be and that he could achieve anything if he was willing to commit to it and put forth the effort. The Navy gave him core values that he resonated with, which are:
Honor – which in the Navy means to “Conduct oneself in the highest ethical manner in all relationships”. This has to do with honesty, respect, being responsible for your actions, and standing by your word. It also means remembering the privilege of serving.
Courage – Meeting the professional demands of my profession and make decisions in the best interest of those I serve, without regard to personal consequences. More importantly, this also means that you possess the “moral and mental strength to do what is right, even in the face of personal or professional adversity.”
Commitment – This means treating each human with dignity, regardless of race, religion, or gender. To be committed to constant personal and professional improvement and positive changes, and to work together as a team for individual and career growth.
Tracy has a multitude of interests ranging from film production, art, music, and technology, to physical fitness, travel, and a love of food, both eating and preparing; in fact, when not working on a project Tracy can be found cooking for his family and enjoying family life.
